A vasvári káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Kysgeche-i Albert a maga és fia: György nevében egyrészről és Thornoshaza-i György fia: Márk meg név szerint felsorolt társai másrészről mindenfajta peres és vitás ügyeiket illetően, különösen a Kysgethe possessióban levő birtokrészre vonatkozóan egymást kölcsönösen nyugtatták.
