Vig. Laurentii. A garamszentbenedeki konvent jelenti, hogy Balvan-i Korlát fiának, Péternek leánya: Klára a maga és Margit nevű leánya nevében az alábbi bevallást tette a konvent előtt: Korlát fia Péter Balvan vagy Leuche possessio negyed részét rokonjának: Balvan-i Mikech-nek hat bécsi márka örök áron eladta és e Mikech neki a hat márkát átadta.
