Diósgyőr 2. d. Luce. Erzsébet ifjú királyné Merth fia Miklós fiának Balázsnak, Szentpéter királynői civitas (Borsod megye) polgárának a maga és atyai nagybátyja fiának Antalnak nevében történt bemutatásában és részükre átírja és megerősíti Czudar Péter királyi főpohárnok, Borsod és Abaúj megyék ispánjának 1367. január 24-i kiváltságlevelét, utasítja egyben Diósgyőr vár várnagyait és Szentpéter civitas tanácsát, hogy Balázst és Antalt az átírt privilégiumban foglalt jogok birtokában tartsák meg.
