Az egri káptalan előtt Keech-i Benedek fia Miklós elzálogosítja Mellethe-i Benedeknek és fiának, Tamásnak a Borsod megyei Borfalwa birtokon levő 3 lakott jobbágytelkét (Nagh Janos Gergely, Byro István és Egyed Simon lakják) 33 magyar arany forintért.
