A budai (Budensis) káptalan előtt Kezy-i Balázs deák a felesége: Anasztázia és valamennyi rokona nevében is, minthogy a mármarosi kamara (Maromorisensi) szolgálatában több mint 2000 forinttal adós maradt a királynak, Zombathel nevű aradmegyei (Orodiensi) egész és Feyereghhaz Zarand megyei félbirtokát 600 forintért elzálogosítja Gywla-i János aradi olvasókanonoknak és Ambrus aradi főesperes kanonoknak. - Hátlapján ovális alakú pecsét nyoma. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Fekete Nagy) BUDAI KÁPTALAN
