A kalocsai (Colocensis) káptalan jelenti Perényi Imre nádornak, hogy 1509. augusztus 21-én kelt parancsára Aranyad-i Welez Balázs nyitrai ember Szegedi (de Zeghedino) Péter mester kanonok, káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében Bodrogh megyében vizsgálatot, mely a parancsban foglalt panaszt igazolta. Datum decimo die diei executionis prenotate (die dominico proximo ante festum beati Mathei apostoli et evangeliste) anno Domini supradicto.
