Drugeth Miklós országbíró előtt Nagysemjéni István fia István valamint Dersi Kántor Bereck a köztük folyó peres ügyekben kiegyeznek oly módon, hogy Bereck tartozik Istvánnak 45 budai márkát fizetni.
