Buda - octavo die termini prenotati (in octavis f. b. Andree ap.) 1354. Drugeth Miklós országbíró tartalmilag átírva saját 1354. május 23-án Budán kelt oklevelét hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy Dersi Kántor Bereck a Nagysemjéni István fia Istvánnak járó 25 márkát bizonyos határideig bírság nélkül lefizethesse. Eredeti, két példányban, a felperes és alperes részére kiállítva, egyik kissé hiányos, a másik szakadozott állapotban.
