A szepesi káptalan előtt Brumföldi Brum fia Valter fia Miklós lánya Katalin öröklött birtokának, Brumföldének harmadát 20 forintért eladja Sivárd fia Sivárd, másképp Sefridnek. (Tartalmi szöveg.) Buda. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Fekete Nagy) A szepesi káptalan előtt Brumfeulde-i Brum fia Valterus fia Miklós lánya Katalin öröklött birtokának, Brumfeuldenek harmadát, ”de cuius notitia Hench filius Siffridi iudex et Stephanus dictus Grab civis de Odorino ipsum capitulum certificassent”, 20 aranyforintért eladja Sywardus fia Syward, másként Sefryd-nek.
