A kapornaki konvent jelenti, hogy Borbála asszony - Azywelgh-i György felesége, Rayk-i Lőrinc leánya - nyugtatja Kerecséni Györgyöt és Laki Kacor Miklóst, miután ezek neki elhalt atyja Zala megyei Kezeprayk, Felsewrayk, Jacakfalwa, Pethrethe s Therek possessiókban, továbbá Beken és Bezegd prédiumokban bírt részei után kijáró leánynegyedet és anyja: Katalin asszony után megillető nászajándékot pénzben kifizették. - Hátlapján rányomott pecsét helye. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
