Bude. Undec. mill. Virg. Werbőczi István ítélőmester bemutatásában és részére privilégiális formában átírja és megerősíti Perényi Péter nádor 1507. május 8-i bizonyságlevelét a K. Szolnok megyei Nyarasapath s a Pest megye Mende possessiók és név szerint felsorolt predium tartozékai felének neki történt adományozásáról és egyben Werbőczinek adományozza a birtokokban lévő minden királyi jogot.
