Mátyás király (rex Hungarie, Bohemie etc.) Rede-i János erdélyi (Transsiluanensis) alvajdának adományozza örök jogon - különösen a Zenthgewrgwara ostrománál teljesített nagy szolgálatai jutalmazására - a hevesmegyei ( Hewesiensis) Naghwth és Balpyspeky falvakban levő királyi porciókat, viszont visszaveszi tőle a már a nevezett vár ostroma alatt neki adományozott Bodoghaza birtokot. Szöveg felett jobbról: de commissione propria domini regis. ERedeti, kettőbe hajtott papíron, szöveg alatt piros viaszú, papirfelzetes rányomott pecsét. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
