Gwth-i Orzag Mihály nádor és a kunok (Comanorum) bírája bizonyítja, hogy Thenk-i István özvegye: Borbála nemes asszony - szükségeitől kényszerítve átadta előtte a Thenk határában levő hét hold földjét a benne levő vetéssel együtt Rede-i János nemesnek, Heves megye (Hewesiensis) alispánjának, annak a nyolc arany forintnak fejében, mellyel annak adósa. - Hátlapján rányomott pecsét maradványai.
