”in castri nostris prope Brunnum” - in festo Jacobi. Mátyás király (Rex Hungarie, Bohemie etc.) hűsége és szolgálatai jutalmazására Monozlo-i Chwpor Miklós erdélyi (partium ... Transsiluanarum) vajdának adományozza örök jogon a Doboka-i Miklós magszakadása miatt eladományozhatóvá vált Doboka megyei birtokait, éspedig Jenew helységet és a Doboka, Losad, Egreg, Warmezew és Erdegkwth falvakban levő részeket.
