A nyitrai káptalan előtt Ochka-i Ferenc vallja, hogy felesége, Ágota, Swran-i László lánya házzasságkötéskor készpénzt, ezüstneműt, ruhákat és más értékes javakat hozott magával mintegy 400 forint értékben, amelyekkel Ferenc kiadásait fedezte, ezért Ochka és Dwb possessiokon levő birotkrészeit /Nyitra m./ feleségének 200 színarany magyar forintért kiváltásig elzálogosítja. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
