Ulászló király Zenthpeter-i Lászlónak és Rechen-i Andrásnak adományozza a Nyitra megyei Chabay possession és a Bars megyei Kerezthur possession levő azon fél birtokrészeket, amelyek Podmanow-i János fia, Gáspár magszakadása folytán szálltak a királyra.
