A nyitrai káptalan előtt Newer-i Miklós fia Imre a maga és fivére, László, valamint Newer-i Demeter fia Tamás nevében előadta, hogy Newer-i István fia Tamás a néhai Newer-i István által Imrének elzálogosított birtokrészt Newer possession elfoglalta. Eltiltja István fia Tamást a birtokrész használatától.
