Balázs prépost és a Lelez-i Szent Keresztről nevezett konvent jelenti Mátyás királynak (Hungarie, Bohemie etc.) hogy miután az 1479. július 16-i parancsában elrendelt s Zemplén megyében (Zempleniensis) Cheb-i Lőrinc királyi ember és Gergely presbiter, konventi hites személy által megtartott tanúvallatás a mandátumban szereplő hatalmaskodás megtörténtét bebizonyította, a királyi ember Nathafalva-i Jánost, Jeromost és Imrét Nathafalva-n, Buthka-i Tamás vádlottat Buthka faluból a királyi perszonális prézencia elé Szent Mihály nyolcadára perbe idézte. - Zárópecsét helyével. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
