A szepesi (Scepusiensis) káptalan jelenti Mátyás királynak (Hungarie, Bohemia etc.), hogy amidőn Korothnyk-i Miklós király ember és Grebes János mester, kanonok, hites személy 1479 dec.13-i parancsára elrendelt birtokbavezetést foganatosítani akarták, annak Thothselmes-i Aprod Miklós nemes nevében Roskowan-i László nemes ellenmondott, amiért a királyi ember az ellenmondót Szent György nyolcadára (máj.1.) a királyi personalis prezentia elé perbe idézi. - Hátlapján: Ex a Georgius de Vayda pro se personaliter et pro consorte cum Jazo, alii a exmittantur, pro J Shtanislaus de Stefflaka cum Scepusiensis exhi.et sine sine onere in octavis Jacobi - Papír - Zárópecsét helyével - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta SZEPESI KÁPTALAN
