Mátyás király (rex Hungarie, Bohemie etc.) meghagyja a szepesi (Scepusiensis) káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember királyi új adomány címén bevezesse Wayda-i Györgyöt, és ennek feleségét: Veronikát, meg leányait, Orsolyát: Zerdahel-i Ferenc s Borbálát: Zempse-i János feleségét a szepesmegyei helység birtokába. Kijelölt királyi emberek: Korothnyk-i Miklós, Aranyas-i János, Kewrthviles-i János, Gewbelfalwa-i Gewbel Miiklós, Polonka-i János. Eredeti, papir, piros viaszú zárópecsét helyével. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
