Buthka-i András Zemplén /Zempliniensis/ megye alispánja és a megye szolgabirái jelentik Hederwar-i Lőrinc nádornak /Hungarie/ és a kunok /Comanorum/ birájának, hogy 1447. junius 21-i parancsának végrehajtásaképpen Wyfalu-i Pispec László kiküldött megyei ember a mandátumban foglaltakra vonatkozólag Zemplén megyében tanuvallatást tartott és a vallomásokból megállapította, hogy a hatalmaskodás ugy történt meg, amint azt a panaszosok előadták. - Ragasztott, foltos. - Hátlapján három zárópecsét nyomával.
