László király (rex Hungarie, Bohemie, Dalmacie, Croacie etc. Austrieque et Stirie dux, necnon Marchio Morauie a korábbi királyoknak, neki és a szent koronának tett sok szolgálataik jutalmazására adományozza örök jogon királyi új adomány címén Gathal-i Fülöp boszniai (Boznensis) püspöknek, Lászlónak, András fiának: Albertnek, Jakab fiának: Benedeknek és Péternek, másik András fiának: Istvánnak és Jánosnak - mindannyi Gathal-iak - a zemplénmegyei (Zempleniensis) Gathaal s a borsodmegyei (Borsodiensis) Bogaach birtokokat, melyeket már őseik is bírtak és maguk jelenleg is birtokolnak.
