Geréb Péter országbíró jelenti Ulászló királynak, hogy 1499 dec.1-i parancsára kiszállt Som-i Jósa budai házába és ott Jósa vallomása szerint a Vas megyei Monyorokerek vár visszaadása tárgyában Zeech-i Miklós és Sybryth László között a jelentésben foglalt párbeszéd történt a házban. - Papír, hajtásoknál rongált és hiányos - Piros viaszú z.p.helye – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
