A zalai konvent jelenti Perényi Imre nádornak, hogy mivel az 1504. május 15-i parancsára Zala megyében megtartott tanúvallatás a mandátumban foglalt panasz jogos voltát bizonyította, a kapornaki konventet Kwsthan-i Dániel fia Ferenc ellenében inszinuációval a nádori prézencia elé perbe idézték. - Hajtásoknál kissé rongált. - Zárópecsét maradványa. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
