Benedek veszprémi püspök a megüresedett Zselicszentjakabi bence apátságot Miklós fia Bertalan bencésnek adományozza, akit az apátság patrónusai, a Szerdahelyi Dersfy család és a pannonhalmi bencés apát az apáti méltóságra ajánlott.
