Lekche-i Oszvald Borsod megye (Borsodienesis) alispánja és a szolgabírák Miskolcz városában okt.19-én tartott törvényszéken a Chaba-i Sempthey László által Diczhaza-i János ellen bemutatott Borsod megye által 1461 máj.21-én kiadott záloglevelet - e Diczhaza-i János kérésére s jogai hathatósabb védelmére - átírják és neki írásban kiadják. - Papír - Hátlapján kettétört rány.pecsét és további kettőnek helye. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
