Berenthe-i János Borsodmegye /Borsodiensis/ alispánja, a szolgabírák és az ”electi iurati nobiles” bizonyítják, hogy előttük Zyrma-i ambrus egy Kysreeth nevü kaszálóját a megyebeli Zyrma falu határában - quoddam pratum suum fenile KysReth vocatum, cum longi tudine penes fluvium Zynywa appellatum protensum - annak összes tartozékaival egyetemben tizenegy magyar /Hungaricalibus/ arany forintért elzálogosította a tetszés szerinti visszaváltásig Wyncze Benedek Myskolcz-városi polgárnak és vállalta annak a visszaváltásig történő birtokbantartását is.
