Zalontha-i Baltazár Borsod megye (Borsodiensis) alispánja és a szolgabírák bizonyítják, hogy előttük Watha-i Nagh Márton a megyebeli Watha helység határában a Gezthwewlgye-ben levő, FelsewReeth nevű, nála két arany forintért zálogban levő rétet ugyanilyen jogon és ugyancsak két arany forintért tovább zálogosítja Watha-i Pethres Márton nemesnek. - Hátlapján egykorú feljegyzés: Impignoratitia Martini Pethres nova. - Hátlapján öt rányomott, gyűrűs pecsét helye. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
