Myskolcz. feria quarta post dominicam Invocavit. Zwhaffew-i Rynoldus, Borsod megye (Borsodienesis) alispánja és a szolgabírák bizonyítják, hogy Watha-i Pelbarth Bertalan nemes egy rétjét, mely Watha határában a Gezthwewlgye nevű völgyben Pelbartherdey alatt Hoczman László és Zennyes Ambrus nemesek rétjei között fekszik, 12 arany forint örök áron eladta Zennyes Ambrusnak.
