I.Mátyás király a somogyi konventnek. Debreche-i Gergely és Marthon-i László panasza szerint Pernez-i Zsigmond, testvére: Imre felbujtására, egy Jad-i jobbágyukat, aki ügyei intézése végett Ozthopan-ba ment, ott megölte: Wese-i Miklós pedig, Wese-i János felbujtására, a Marthon-i László kezén zálog címén levő, Somogy megyei Thykos possessiot elvette tőle és másnak adta zálogba.
