Torda megye 12 márkában elmarasztalja Mayos-i Thoth Miklóst Somkerek-i Erdely Márton ellenében, miután négyszer nem jelent meg a bírói tárgyaláson, s Barko Tamás, Erdeli Márton Somkerek-ben lakó jobbágya esküvel bizonyította, hogy meghalt apjának, Tamásnak négy frt értékű ökrét Zenth Gewrgh possessio területén Thoth Miklós familiárisával erőszakkal elvétette. - Szakadozott, foltos. - Hátlapján három sérült pecséttel. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Muzsnainé).
