A besztercei domonkos konvent Erdely Márton kérésére megígéri, hogy a Márton rokonától, Erdely Jánostól Koethely birtok területén a kolozsvári és besztercei konventnak végrendeletileg hagyományozott halastón nem fognak malmot építeni.
