Hwniad-i János Magyarország kormányzója Dolha-i Szaniszló fiainak Ambrusnak és Mihálynak érdemeik jutalmául ” more et ad instar keneziorum volahicalium” adja ”possessiones nostras Rutenicales Custicza et Kereczte vocatas, ad castrum nostrum Mwnkacz pertinentes”, minden tartozékaikkal együtt. Meghagyja Kende Mwnkacz-i castellanusnak és Berek-i comesnek /”Egregio Kende castellano dicti castri nostri Mwnkacz et comiti de Berek”/, hogy a nevezett possessiókat a Munkacz-i castrumtól különítse el, s Dolha-i Ambrusnak és Mihálynak adja át. - Papírfelzetes vörös viaszpecséttel.
