Cheznek (V. p. Valentini mart.) Garai Miklós nádor megparancsolja a csornai konventnek, hogy iktassa be Marczalthew-i Péter fia Egyed mestert és fiát: Jánost a SebesZany és Kezw birtokok szomszédságában levő erdő és a Zeplygeth nevű, a Kysraba folyón levő malomhely birtokába.
