Buda - quadragesimo quarto die termini prenotati (ad octavas f. b. Georgii) 1436. Báthori István országbíró meghagyja a vasvári káptalannak; hogy a Palicsnaszentpéteri Gergely fia: Miklós és János által Hernádmesteri vasmegyei birtok iktatásának ellenmondása miatt Mesteri Bálint fia András és társai ellen indított perben az alpereseket, minthogy nem jelnetek meg, másodszor is idézze meg.
