Buda - quadragesimo sexto die termini prenotati (ad octavas f. b. Michaelis arch.) 1436. Báthori István országbíró meghagyja a vasvári káptalannak, hogy a Palicsnaszentpéteri Gergely fiai: Miklós és János által a Hernádmesteri birtok iktatásának ellenmondása miatt Mesteri Bálint fia András és társai ellen indított perben az alpereseket, minthogy nem jelentek meg, másodszor is idézze meg.
