Buda quinquagesimo die termini prenotati (in octavis f. b. Michaelis arch.) 1436. (nov. 25. ?) Báthori István országbíró meghagyja a vasvári káptalannak, hogy a Hernádmesteri Balázs fia Mihály lánya Neste által atyja Hernádmesteri és Bekén birtokainak elfoglalása és okleveleinek elvitelem miatt Mesteri Bálint fia András és társai ellen indított perben utóbbiakat, minthogy idézésre nem jelentek meg, másodszor is idézze meg.
