László király a váradi káptalanhoz. Jelentették neki Wyhel-i Péter és János, hogy az elmúlt Szent Mihály napja körül Olazy Kawas János, Benedek, Boldizsár, egy másik Benedek és Dénes Kawas ”dicti” a Bihar-megyei Fanchyka birtokon lévő szőleik, illetőleg az ott termett boraik után járó kilencedet a maguk számára foglalták le. Megparancsolja a káptalannak, küldje ki testimoniumát, akinek a jelenlétében a királyi ember tartson ez ügyben vizsgálatot. - Kijelölt királyi emberek: Kebelkwth-i Ambrus, Ardo-i Ferenc, Magfalw-i János, Magfalw-i Pál, Kebelkwth-i Weres Ferenc.
