Perényi Imre nádor a maga és fiai nevében Szabolcs megyei Thas, Dewecher, Dombrad, Zamoszeg és Keek nevű birtokait Warda-i Ferenc erdélyi püspöknek, annak halála esetén testvéreinek: Mihálynak és Imrének, utóbbiak magtalan halála esetén pedig János és Ambrus nevű testvéreiknek adja el.
