A Colosmonostra-i monostor konventjének kötelezvényt tartalmazó bevalláslevele. Kivonata: Jakó, KmJkv 2072. Átírta Péter szentgyörgyi és bazini comes, országbíró, erdélyi vajda és székely ispán 1509. december 21. előtt kelt oklevelében DL 27517. A fönti kivonattól való eltérés: Sombor-i néhai György (!) fia: Péter. - Az átíró oklevél szerint az eredeti (littere obligatorie fassionales) nyílt, papírra írt és a konvent a(uthentikus) pecsétjével megerősített oklevél volt. - Regeszta forrása: Erdélyi regeszták (Rácz Gy.) KOLOZSMONOSTORI KONVENT
