A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Wermeser (dictus) Lorenz Clwswar-i polgár és felesége: Agnes kölcsönösen egymást nyilvánítják örökösüknek, mindkettőjük halála esetére pedig a városukban lévő Szt. Antal-kolostor Szűz Mária-oltárát (altari beate Marie virginis in claustro sancti Anthonii in civitate predicta fundato), azzal a megkötéssel, hogy hagyatékukból a kolostor fizessen egy zarándoklatot Rómába (ad limina beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum) és az aacheni Szűz Mária-templomba (ad ecclesiam gloriose Maraie virginis in Aquiisgrano sitam).
