A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt néhai Zwthor-i Tamás fia: László fiai: János és Tamás a fogott bíráktól kijelölt április 14-én (in Tub. et Val.) megjelentek a konventben, hogy 12-12 nemessel esküt tegyenek Balyok-i Szilveszter felperes ellen, ennek Sommal nevű birtoka elpusztítása, ottani jobbágyai kifosztása és megölése miatt ellenük indított perében.
