A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Gergfalwa-i néhai Henke /dictus/ Domokos fiai: János és László Zwchak-on /Colos vm./ lévő birtokrészük egyik felét néhai Zwchak-i János fia: Mátyásnak és feleségének: Mártának, a másikat pedig Zwchak-i László fia: néhai Antal fiainak: Mihálynak és Demeternek zálogosítja el 26 arany Ft-ban azzal a megkötéssel, hogy csak három év letelte után válthassa vissza.
