A kolozsmonostori konvent jelenti, hogy a Zenthlaslo-i házánál betegen fekvő (propter corporis sui egritudinem) özv. Dengeleg-i Pongrácné: Klára (m) asszony, Fülöp frater pap konventi kiküldött előtt, november 2-án (f. VI. p. Omn. sanct.) egy évi időtartamra ügyvédül vallotta Zenthmarton-i Chazary Mihályt, Jara-i Balázst, Miklóst és Pált, Petherd-i Ffanchyka Pált, Weresmorth-i Czyko (dictos) Andrást és Istvánt, Solmus-i Pált, várnagyát: Mihályt, familiárisait: Mátyás udvarbírót (provisorem curie) és Lengyel (Polonum) Andrást, valamint Indal-i Pétert.
