A kolozsmonostori konvet előtt Farnas-i néhai Weres Dénes fia: Benedek Hary (Fehér m) egészbirtok felét elcseréli néhai Kecheth-i András fia: László Dathos, Gerebenes és Pynar (Torda m) birtokbeli részeivel. Gyermektelen haláluk esetén, a néhai Hwnyad-i János (ill.princ.) besztercei (Bistriciensis) ispán levelében foglaltak értelmében, kölcsönösen egymásra szállnak birtokaik, kivéve Dathos, Gerebenes és Pynar ama részeit, amelyek testvérének és rokonainak esetleges magvaszakadásával azután szállnának Kecheth-i Lászlóra. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 1464.
