A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt néhai Eztheyen-i Péter fia: Domokos, néhai Lona-i Miklós fia: Györggyel néhai Lona-i Weres Ferenc Lona-n (Doboka m) levő birtokrésze feletti perében fogott bírák útján kiegyezik és nevezett Györgyöt minden keresetétől mentesnek nyilvánítja, majd 50 márka ezüst bírság terhe alatt kötelezi magát, hogy ellene vagy utódai ellen nem indít újabb pert és másnak sem ad a kezébe Györgyre nézve ártalmas okleveleket. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 1722 KOLOZSMONOSTORI KONVENT
