A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Iklod-i Márton tiltakozik amiatt, hogy amikor május 8-án Koloswar-ra ment, Rede-i János erdélyi alvajda az erdélyi jogszokás ellenére (contra consuetudinem harum partium Transsilvanarum vi et sine omni lege) elfogatta és mindaddig fogva tartotta, amíg a Kowachy István budai polgárral, Dees és Zeek királyi sókamarásával (civis civitatis Budensis, camerarius salium regalium) való ügyében ítéletet nem mondott, és mert a királyi oklevelet, amellyel Kowachy őt május 1-re perbe hívta, magánál tartotta. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 1884.
