A kolozsmonostori konvent jelenti, hogy Lossoncz-i néhai Bán fia: László (m) - fia: László nevében is - Borsa és Thothfalw (Doboka vm) birtokbeli részeit 50 arany Ft-ban elzálogosítja György magister Kolos-i főesperesnek és gyulafehérvári (AlbTr) kanonoknak, azzal a megkötéssel, hogy ottani jobbágyain csak azután szedhessen taksát (super iobagiones in eisdem posssessionibus commorantes nullam taxam recipere valeat, neque possit), ha június 10-ig (usque Penthec.) nem váltotta volna vissza a jószágot.
