A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Krako-i (!) Mátyás kanonok a gyulafehérvári (AlbTr) káptalan nevében tiltakozik amiatt, hogy Zenthbyrthalam-i Dávid (e), a gyulafehérvári püspöki vár udvarbírája (provisor curie castri episcopalis Albensis) Gereb László erdélyi püspök parancsára a Fewenyesrew nevű helyen (Fehér vm) két halastavat kezdett építeni a káptalani város alatt (subter urbem capitularem Albensem) a kanonokok tiltakozása ellenére, és ezáltal bizonyos földeket püspöki birtokká kíván tenni. - Extradata est. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 2787.
