A kolozsmonostor-i konvent előtt néhai Naghdoba-i Balázs fia: László Nyrmon és Menyew (Közép-Szolnok m) birtokbeli részét 100 jó magyar arany Ft-ért örök áron eladja Bewnye-i Tamásnak és fiainak: Miklósnak, Mihálynak, Ambrusnak, Jánosnak. Ha zavartalan birtoklásukat nem biztosítaná, ezek elfoglalhatják az előbbi részek szomszédságában fekvő Naghdoba-i birtokát. - Extradata est - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 2817.
